MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By applying for Membership of South Newcastle Rugby League Club Ltd, ABN 35 001 028 520, you declare that all details provided in your Membership[ application are correct, and you have not been previously suspended or expelled from membership of any Licensed Club. You understand that your membership remains provisional until such time as it is considered and accepted at a meeting of the Board of Directors and subsequently added to the Register of Members. You agree to keep your personal information updated including your mobile phone number, email and residential addresses. By submitting your application, you agree to abide by the Club’s Constitution and By-Laws and understand that Membership is not transferable and declare that you are over the age of 18 years.

South Newcastle Rugby League Club Ltd is subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988. The personal information provided on this application form will be used to process your membership application and the required details will be added to our register of members. You have the right to access and correct any of your personal information that the Club holds.
